A few weeks ago, we launched Invoiless v2—our biggest update yet. Today, we're happy to say it's stable, packed with new features, and ready for you to explore! 🎉
Since the release, we've been listening closely to your feedback. Many reported issues have been fixed, and missing functionalities have been added based on your suggestions.
What's New in v2? ✨
Beautiful New Interface
We've redesigned the entire dashboard from the ground up. The new UI is cleaner, faster, and more intuitive—making it easier than ever to manage your invoices, estimates, and payments.
Dashboard White-Labeling
Want your dashboard to match your brand? Now you can! Replace our brand colors with yours, add your own logo, favicon, and more. The white-label applies to you and your team members, making the dashboard truly feel like your own—because it is! 😄
Full Multi-Language Support 🌍
Invoiless v2 now supports multiple languages across the entire platform—over 20 languages and counting! If you don't see your preferred language, reach out and we'll be happy to add it.
Thanks to Claude for helping us with this. Translating an entire platform isn't easy, but I must say the translations are 99% accurate. If you spot any issues or want to suggest a better translation, feel free to open a support ticket.
Advanced Settings
More control over your invoicing workflow with expanded settings and customization options. A ton of options have been added to customize the default behavior—for example, show/hide status on PDFs, set default content (like terms/notes) per document type instead of one global setting for all, and multiple payment providers (e.g., offer Stripe and PayPal together as payment options).
Plus, tons of theme customizations like Google Fonts support, fixed footer on all pages, custom favicon, and more.
New API Documentation 🚀
We've launched completely revamped API docs at docs.invoiless.com. What's included:
- More endpoints: Access to estimates, retainers, transactions, and more.
- Postman examples: Ready-to-use collections to get you started quickly.
- Simplified documentation: Clearer guides to help you build faster.
