XRechnung-Compliant Invoices & Credit Notes 🇩🇪

This is the big one! You can now generate XRechnung-compliant invoices and credit notes directly from Invoiless. If you're doing business with the German public sector or need to meet Germany's e-invoicing requirements, you're covered—no extra tools needed. Export Credit Notes in Bulk 📋

Need to download or share your credit notes? You can now bulk export them as PDF or CSV. We'll even send you an email notification when your export is ready to download.

Extended Address & Bank Details 🏢

We've added more fields to customer and company profiles, including extended address lines and bank details. This is especially useful for formal invoicing standards like XRechnung, but it also helps keep your records more complete.

Unsaved Changes Guard ⚠️

Ever accidentally navigated away from the invoice builder and lost your work? Not anymore! Invoiless now warns you before leaving a page with unsaved changes.

Longer Notes, Terms & Descriptions 📝

We've doubled the character limit for notes, terms, and item descriptions—from 1,000 to 2,000 characters. More room to include the details that matter.

Clearer Discount Display 💰

Discount amounts now show as negative values on invoice previews, making it much easier to see at a glance what's being deducted.
