We wrapped up May with Invoiless v2.4.0, introducing per-member permissions, Authorize.net payments, and country-specific bank accounts. We've also shipped several smaller improvements across the platform. Here's what's new! ๐
Per-Member Permissions ๐ฅ
You can now control access at the module level for each team member.
For every module—including Invoices, Estimates, Customers, Payments, and more—you can choose whether a team member can View, Edit, or Delete records.
This makes it easier to give each team member access to the areas they work with, without exposing the rest. Whether you want a teammate who can draft estimates but not manage payments, or simply need different levels of access across your team, permissions can now be tailored to match how your business works.
Invoiless ๐งก Authorize.net ๐ณ
You can now accept invoice payments through Authorize.net.
- Connect Authorize.net from "Settings → Integrations".
- Customers see a "Pay now" button on their invoices.
- Invoices are marked as paid automatically once payment goes through.

Country-Specific Bank Accounts ๐ฆ
Bank account details now adapt to the country you're invoicing from.
When configuring bank information, Invoiless displays the appropriate fields and formats for your region, including countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, India, Canada, Australia, and many others.
This helps ensure the banking information shown on invoices matches local requirements and expectations.
More Improvements โจ
This release also includes several smaller improvements:
- ๐ Better Address Fields: Added an optional State/Province field and improved address formatting to follow country-specific postal standards.
- ๐ท๏ธ Tag Suggestions: Tag inputs now suggest tags you've used before, so tagging is faster and more consistent.
- ๐ฑ New Currency: Added support for the Caribbean guilder (XCG).
- ๐ ๏ธ Plus a bunch of bug fixes and improvements across the dashboard.
Thank You! ๐งก
Your feedback continues to shape Invoiless. Every suggestion, bug report, and conversation helps us build a better invoicing experience for everyone.
If you have ideas, feedback, or run into any issues, we'd love to hear from you.
Happy invoicing! ๐
